This highly interactive session is designed for continuously improving leaders who want to build on and refine their existing skills to be well aligned with the evolving demands of today’s workplace. The experience begins with a brief but insightful self-appraisal that will enable each participant to identify and extend their strengths and determine which competencies may require additional attention. Following discussion of each of the five practices of exemplary leadership participants will be guided to identify the leadership reputation they wish to earn in their work and volunteer environments and what behaviors will enable them to earn the reputation they desire. Each participant will leave the session with a better understanding of what influences the behavior of others and what behaviors are most likely to bring them success in their own work environments.
