The Golden Triangle Neighborhood Plan, completed in 2014, called for an overhaul of zoning and design regulations to improve design outcomes and facilitate desired development. The updates faced technical and political challenges and took several years to reach completion. At the same time, two of Denver’s main cultural facilities located in the neighborhood received large public investments for needed renovations, and additional mobility improvements were planned and implemented. Each intervention faced challenges, but they are acting together to transform the Golden Triangle neighborhood. Explor how this integration is creating a more complete and inclusive neighborhood.
