In this session, participants will gain insights from a conversation between Carolon Donnally, a Burnout Prevention Strategist with 15 years of experience advising, training, and coaching public sector leaders at all levels, and a seasoned Planner in burnout recovery.
Together, they will explore the real, often overlooked symptoms of burnout, how everyday actions can unintentionally contribute to burnout, and the tangible steps needed to recover now and prevent burnout in the future.
