Brad was the Growth Management Administrator for the City of Cape Coral, Florida, Planning & Development Director for Sumter County, Florida, and Vice President/Florida Community Design Planning Lead for Wade Tim, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. Brad's leadership passion is about transformational leadership.
