Justin Goodwin is Administrator of the City of Columbus Division of Mobility & Parking Services. As a practicing AICP, Justin oversees both planning and operational functions of the Division, including general transportation planning, bikeways and transit planning, the City's shared mobility program, and management of the City's on-street and off-street public parking systems. He has nearly 20 years of planning experience in both the public and private sectors and a diversity of projects, including land use and zoning, comprehensive planning, strategic mobility plans, and complete street design. Justin has served on the City's Zone In Columbus team, overseeing parking reform policy and has helped to lead the regional LinkUS Bus Rapid Tranist initiative.
