Dillon Fried

Dillon Fried serves as the Mobility and Curbside Access Manager for the Minneapolis Public Works Department. The City of Minneapolis has progressively eliminated parking minimums in phases over the past decade. Fried is responsible for evolving the city's curbside management program, including all on-street parking, loading, and permit programs as the development occurs in a parking minimum free environment.
