Candice is an Urban Planner and Designer at Gehl Studio’s New York office, collaborating with city agencies and community leaders worldwide to create more equitable and inclusive public spaces. With a background in environmental journalism and long-range planning, she is passionate about designing places that foster social connections. Her recent work includes public space strategy projects in New York, Washington, D.C., Toronto, Detroit, Northwest Florida, and Tokyo. Candice holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from Columbia University and has received the New York Chapter of the American Planning Association’s Award for leadership and excellence in urban planning.
