Tobi Otulana

Tobi is a Project Planner in Toole Design’s Raleigh office. She has an interdisciplinary background in sociology and geography, holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning, and works primarily in active transportation planning and implementation. Tobi brings over 7 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, program development, Complete Streets design and policy development, and Transportation Demand Management. She is passionate about providing safe, healthy, enjoyable, and dignified transportation options that center people who have been marginalized by their race, age, income, or disability.
