Jing Zhang, AICP

International Division
Morgantown, West Virginia

Jing Zhang is a transportation planner with the Morgantown Monongalia Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and serves on the U.S. Department of Transportation's Advisory Committee on Transportation Equity and the Transportation Research Board's Standing Committee on Public Engagement and Communications. Within the American Planning Association, Jing is the Chair of the International Division and Co-Chair of the Japan-United States Collaboration Interest Group. In the International Division, Jing co-founded the Affordable Housing Roundtable with MIT SPURS. In addition to his work in planning, Jing is also a skilled pianist, web developer, and Chinese language instructor.
