Joshua Lathan is the City Climate Action Plan Lead at AECOM and has extensive experience in community-level climate action planning and greenhouse gas analysis to help cities, public agencies, and states achieve their decarbonization goals. He has authored more than 50 climate action plans that define local targets and reduction strategies and collaborates with AECOM colleagues to develop climate action decision-support tools, including the CURB emissions scenario planning tool developed for the World Bank and the Action Selection and Prioritization (ASAP) tool for C40 Cities. His recent work has focused on moving cities and states into climate action implementation.
