Felicia Jiang, AICP (she/her/hers)

Felicia Jiang is an Associate Planner at Sasaki, where she works across a range of project types and scales in both Sasaki’s urban and campus practices. As a planner, she is driven by the belief that design and planning can shape a more inclusive, equitable, and resilient future. Felicia specializes in developing and leading thoughtful, effective, and creative community outreach initiatives for diverse communities. She is a strong advocate for community-led planning and design processes that address systemic inequities, center underrepresented voices, and empower community members through shared decision-making and co-creation of solutions.

Felicia received a masters of city planning with a concentration in urban design from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Princeton University. She also currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Sasaki Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing equity in design.
