Sudeshna Sen, LEED AP ND is a Associate Urban Designer at Sasaki. With a strong belief in participatory democracy, Sudeshna srives to create inclusive and dynamic urban spaces that reflect the needs and aspirations of all community members.
Sudeshna contributes to the planning department's technical resource group, bringing her expertise to a wide range of projects. She has led engagement efforts for numerous public and private sector initiatives, including comprehensive plans, streetscape designs, tech action plans, and mixed-use district developments. She worked on a firm-wide research grant on equitable community engagament, contributes as one of Sasaki's engagement specialists and is interested in leveraging technology and developing tools that foster collaboration between designers and communities.
