Rachel, a Principal at SCJ Alliance Consulting, manages the Spokane branch and oversees various planning projects. With expertise in streamlined processes, development review, codes, and long-range planning, she has worked in both public and private sectors, including roles as a planning director in Colorado. Rachel holds a B.S. in Architecture from Roger Williams University and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University. Her passion for rural and urban planning stems from growing up near Boston and her deep family roots in Eastern Washington.
