Emily Kennedy is a transportation planner at TYLin City Solutions, previously Sam Schwartz. She specializes in multi-modal transportation planning and analysis, Complete Streets design, and policy analysis. Much of her recent street design work has focused on the design and implementation of greenways in New York City. She has experience as a community organizer, was a policy analyst in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has worked with the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Complete Streets on Vision Zero projects. She holds a BA from Providence College and a Masters of City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
