Alina Barron

Alina is a Senior Planner with the City of Pomona and has an educational background in environmental geography and geographic information systems. She believes that the built environment is a large contributing factor to quality of life and believes that zoning can meaningfully address systemic issues created by past zoning practices. She is currently implementing a new hybrid form-based modular zoning code adopted in July 2024.
