Jenifer Musselman, PE (she/her/hers)

Jennifer combines her engineering background with her expertise in planning and public engagement to help state and local agencies implement context-based design, including Florida DOT, City of Sarasota, Oregon DOT, and Tennessee DOT. Jennifer supported NCHRP 15-77: Aligning Geometric Design with Roadway Context, leading the research of dimensional roadway values for various contexts. She is currently leading NCHRP 20-44(51), providing training support to DOTs across the country wishing to implement context-based design. She has a Bachelor’s of Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia and holds her PE license.
