As the Chair of the City of Englewood Planning and Zoning Board, Colin was invited to be a member of the Committee tasked with updating the Uniform Development Code. While not a planner by trade, his experience working in the public sector as a program manager for a local water district provided unique insights on the updates needed to create a sustainable and prosperous City through the development lens. Colin has worked in both the public and private sectors and understands the challenges facing both industries. He used that knowledge and experience to support the City in their update process.
