Candace Chapman served as the Director of Strategic Development for the Evansville, Indiana Regional Economic Partnership, an economic development organization promoting business growth and retention, downtown development, and regional planning in Indiana. Through her leadership, over $115 million in grants and tax credits were secured and leveraged for challenging real estate projects, riverfront revitalization, and downtown development in the four years following the pandemic.
Previously, Candace was a CPA in tax and corporate finance and lived in cities like Chicago, Charlotte, and London. Her undergraduate degrees are in accounting and entrepreneurship followed by a Masters in community and economic development.
