Alexandra (Alex) Miller is the founder and principal of Alexandra Miller Consulting, a planning firm dedicated to creating healthy, affordable, and equitable communities. Alex partners with the public sector, community development corporations, and housing advocacy organizations to plan for and implement programs that close the "wealth gap" and the "health gap" by remedying historic inequities, improving housing availability and affordability, and creating greater resilience to disaster events. Her recent work includes proactive anti-displacement strategies for major infrastructure and park investments; housing plans; Main Street and commercial corridor plans; and vacant property reuse strategies.
