Brianna Frey is the Special Projects Program Manager for the City of Austin Transportation and Public Works Department, leading the Cap and Stitch Program for IH-35 through Central Austin. She previously led the City’s Park and Recreation Department’s role in Project Connect’s light rail program, fulfilling local, state, and federal policies centered on protecting parkland. Her experience in community and stakeholder engagement delivers organized, thoughtful approaches to public-private partnerships. Brianna serves on a local nonprofit board, the Red Line Parkway Initiative, which is dedicated to building a vibrant 32+ mile trail and parkway along the CapMetro Red Line Commuter Rail.
