I am currently a principal with MAKE Advisory Services, LLC. MAKE provides real estate consultant services with a focus on capacity building, strategic planning, affordable housing, community development, and preservation.

Most recently, I was an Acting Deputy Director of the City of Philadelphia's Department of Planning and Development. In my role, I worked with the City Planning Commission, Historical Commission, Art Commission, and the Zoning Board of Adjustment. Prior to that, I led development activities for a non-profit real estate company in Baltimore, MD and NJ and worked as an urban design and planning consultant in eastern PA and NJ.
