Mark Jackson

Loveland, Colorado

Mark Jackson currently serves as the Acting Deputy City Manager for the City of Loveland, Colorado. Prior to this he served as the Public Works Director for Loveland, since 2018. He has over 30 years of experience in Transportation and Public Works and Municipal Management, with emphasis on transportation planning and policy, and organizational development. Through his career, Mr. Jackson has worked in the private sector as well as regional and local government. Prior to joining the City of Loveland, Mr. Jackson spent twenty years with the City of Fort Collins, and was involved in numerous legacy projects.
