Josh has over a decade of experience in community and strategic planning, working across both public and private sectors. He specializes in policy and plan development, regulatory analysis, special area planning, and organizational process improvements, known for driving creative planning initiatives with a focus on implementation. A certified planner and change practitioner, Josh holds degrees in planning from Iowa State University and the University of Cincinnati. He is an active member of APA, serving as APA Colorado's President, on various committees, and mentoring students and young professionals.
