TJ brings a wide array of community development experience to his client communities. With extensive experience as a public-sector planner and manager, TJ has a strong understanding of land use regulations and the laws that guide them. He is well versed with intergovernmental agreements, land use policy, and land use analysis and strategies. He is becoming known for his ability to customize codes and standards to meet unique community objectives.

TJ is a certified planner with degrees from UConn and UC Denver and is the founder of CPS, a firm focused on supporting rural communities throughout the Rocky Mountain West.
