Elliott Doza (he/him/his)

Elliott is the Service Planning Manager at the Central Ohio Transit Authority. Starting as a planning intern in 2007; Elliott has led transformative planning efforts such as a redesign of COTA's fixed-route network, launch of COTA//Plus, a microtransit service that has seen exceptional growth, and COTA NextGen, a long-range mobility vision that identified BRT corridors currently under development. Recently, alongside AECOM, Elliott has led the development of an $8 billion transit program, called LinkUS, and a downtown transit and development study. He holds a Masters of City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University.
