Kevin Bush is a Principal at Cadmus where he directs the Reconnecting Communities Institute (RCI), a U.S. Department of Transportation center for learning that helps reconnect communities that were been harmed, isolated, and cut off from opportunity by transportation infrastructure.
Prior to joining Cadmus, Kevin was appointed by the president of the United States to serve as the deputy assistant secretary for grant programs at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) where he oversaw a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of housing and community development programs. He also served as Washington, DC's first Chief Resilience Officer.
