Todd Hodges has served as the Community Development Director for the City of Fort Lupton for 15 years and has 31 years of planning experience in Northern Colorado in a variety of capacities in the private and public sectors. Todd holds a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture from Oklahoma State University. Todd and the City of Fort Lupton are leading efforts to rethink future land use, development code, and water supply planning to meet the needs of a growing community in the midst of sustained residential and commercial growth.
