Anna Mullen is a dedicated transportation professional with a background in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University. She began her career at the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority in Burnsville, Minnesota, as a Transit Planner, where she worked on developing route concepts and scheduling. After demonstrating her expertise and passion for public transportation, Anna advanced to her current role as a Transit Connection Specialist. In this position, she focuses on Transportation Demand Management (TDM), conducting outreach and education to engage diverse communities and enhance the experience of both prospective and current riders.
