Mei-Ling Smith, AICP, is a Principal City Planner with the City of Minneapolis. After spending ten years on the Land Use side reviewing development proposals and drafting zoning code text amendments, she now works in Community Planning. She received a Master of Urban & Regional Planning degree from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
