Madhuri Mohan, AICP, LEED Green Associate

Madhuri Mohan brings over 13 years of expertise in Planning and Development. Currently serving as the Planning Director for the City of Celina, she has made a significant impact over six years. Prior to her role in Celina, Madhuri gained valuable planning and development experience with the cities of Allen and Midland in Texas. She holds a Master’s in Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University (2012) and recently earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2024). Madhuri is also certified as an AICP and LEED Green Associate.
