Ryan Noles

Boulder, Colorado

Ryan is the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Program Manager for CDOT Region 1. He is responsible for developing and delivering BRT projects on state highways in the Denver Metro Area in partnership with DRCOG, RTD, the City and County of Denver, and other local partners. Prior to working at CDOT, Ryan worked in the Capital Projects Division of the Transportation and Mobility Department at the City of Boulder. Ryan is an AICP member and holds a Master of Urban Planning and Development degree from Cleveland State University.
