Chance Sparks, FAICP, CNU-A, brings 22+ years of experience in urban planning and design. He serves as Principal & Vice President, and Urban Planning+Design Group Manager at Freese and Nichols, leading a team of planners, landscape architects, site civil engineers and designers providing innovative and inclusive solutions for public-sector and institutional clients. He has led or served as senior advisor for more than 50 planning initiatives spanning comprehensive plans, area plans, parks and open space plans, downtown plans, operational assessments and development regulations. He holds a MPA and Bachelor of Science in Geography-Urban & Regional Planning from Texas State University.
