Jennifer Ramsey is a registered architect turned public administrator for the City and County of Denver. She is focused on providing the individual assistance and regulatory, procedural, and financial incentives to deliver catalytic adaptive reuse projects more quickly and with better outcomes. Her work leading Denver’s Adaptive Reuse Program includes strategizing on the wholistic neighborhood and economic revitalization efforts required to make projects more successful. Prior to joining the City, she practiced for 15 years in the private sector as a Project Manager, Lead Designer and Project Architect. She is known for cross-silo leadership and a ‘best idea wins’ approach.
