Steve Wirzba is a Planner with the Downtown Strategy business unit at the City of Calgary. With a background in community planning, Steve brings experience in application review and land use bylaw interpretation to this newly-formed team. He has been involved with the Downtown Calgary Development Incentive Program since its inception, helping to implement the first phase of projects and now working to vision the future of the program. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies degree from the University of Calgary.
