Lesli brings over 30 years of strategic planning experience to her role as the Community Planning, Infrastructure, and Resources Director on the Larimer County leadership team. She actively collaborates with the county's Emergency Operations Center and its key partners to coordinate wildfire preparedness, disaster response, and recovery efforts across departments. She leads across areas of planning, building, engineering, road and bridge, natural resources, solid waste, and The Ranch Events Complex, aiming for strengthening the county's resilience, and enabling better preparation before, during, and after disruptions.
