Christine Caggiano, AICP/PP is an urban planner and capability-building lead for Resilience Action Partners, FEMA’s Community Engagement and Risk Communication (CERC) Provider. In this role, she manages the community engagement and partnerships contract support for various federal programs. In her career, she has helped hundreds of communities build their local mitigation strategies. A proud Penn alum and Philadelphian, Christine enjoys exploring places on foot, nature bathing, and talking about disaster resilience.
