Ben has over ten years of experience in real estate development in roles that have focused on improving the communities where he works. He has worked on transformative redevelopment projects both with the city of Holyoke and DevelopSpringfield. In his role at MassDevelopment he has worked with numerous communities throughout Massachusetts on redeveloping challenging sites. A former longtime commissioner of the Springfield Historical Commission, Ben has been able to focus on projects that restore and bring vitality back to historic buildings.
