Jeff Bagg, AICP

Easthampton, MA

Jeff has been at BSC Group since March and leads a range of projects including site assessments for municipally owned properties, preparation of an RFP for disposition of municipal property, establishing a model for a regional downtown management district, and is actively assisting a cape cod community to prepare a Local Comprehensive Plan. Prior to joining BSC Group, Jeff led the Easthampton Planning Department where he oversaw many projects including a large mill redevelopment, neighborhood revitalization, creation of a Climate Action Plan, new construction in the City’s 40R district and securing millions in grants to support housing and economic development.
