Michael Mattos

Michael Mattos is a dedicated affordable housing professional with a wide range of experiences in development, financing, grant writing, administration and management within private, public and non-profit organizations. Michael has been the President & Executive Director of Affordable Housing and Services Collaborative, Inc. (AHSC) since 2013. In addition to overseeing the operations of the organization, Michael engages directly in the development and financing of complex real estate transactions involving federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, federal and state Historic Tax Credits, conduit equity lending, restructuring of existing debt, as well as construction oversight and permanent loan conversions, permitting.
