I am an urban planner and the Founder of Troy Planning + Design founded in 2013. I am based in The Netherlands. My experience of plan-making is international in scope and ranges from the regional scale to street level plans. I advise local governments, landowners, developers and communities on plan-making including large scale developments, infrastructure plans, development strategies, masterplanning, town center visions and design codes. I am passionate about community engagement and empowerment. I am a regular speaker on innovation in urban planning to improve the plan-making and engagement process. I am AICP and a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. I am European Coordinator of the APA International Division.
