Lyndsey Scofield, AICP, PMP, is a Senior Transportation Planner with Jersey City’s Department of Infrastructure, where she chairs a multidisciplinary Vision Zero Task Force that is involved in planning and implementing actions to achieve the City’s goals of zero traffic fatalities and serious injuries. Previously, Lyndsey worked with communities across the country to develop strategic plans and performance management systems to support their achievement of outcomes that matter. Lyndsey has a Master of Urban Planning from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service and a B.S. in Environmental Science & Policy from the University of South Florida.
