Petra Todorovich

Petra Messick is a Senior Program Director in Amtrak’s Capital Delivery Department. In this role, she is responsible for integrating the delivery of individual projects with the Gateway Program plan and transportation objectives. She oversees Gateway Program planning, management and program controls, ensuring that Amtrak delivers the Gateway Program in accordance with federal funding requirements and its commitments to state partners. A regional planner by training, Messick has over two decades of professional experience in New York City working on region-shaping megaprojects. Prior to Amtrak, she spent twelve years at Regional Plan Association.
