Kevin has worked in regional planning since 1990. He holds a MS in Resource Management and Administration from Antioch New England Graduate School and a BA in Human Ecology from College of the Atlantic. Kevin has led regional programs in brownfields, water quality, land use planning and regulation, climate change, housing policy, and emergency management. He serves in an adjunct role with state emergency operations, and led TRORC's award-winning regional sustainability plan and buyout programs. He is also a former federal wildlands firefighter, and is a Certified Flood Manager.
