Britin Bostick

Fayetteville, Arkansas

Britin Bostick is the Long Range Planning/Special Projects Manager for the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas. As her community has faced its own challenges with affordable housing in the context of rapid population growth and university enrollment, she authored a housing assessment in 2023 with an update in 2024 that has supported ambitious rezoning policy, changes to utility and transportation planning, and improved advocacy in the community for housing needs. Over the next few years she is anticipated to lead multiple large planning projects, including a downtown plan citywide comprehensive plan, and development code rewrite.
