Michael Gradis is the Planning Manager for the City of Centennial, Colorado, where he leads a dynamic team focused on shaping policy and development to better serve evolving community needs. With expertise in land use, zoning, land development, and policy creation, he works to modernize traditional frameworks and challenge the social constructs embedded in zoning practices. His approach centers on making "the good things easier to do" — prioritizing strategies that remove barriers to thoughtful, inclusive development.
