Stephen Wilson is a Senior Development Project Coordinator with the City & County of Denver who leads the Large Development Review. Stephen has extensive experience coordinating development applications for large-scale projects that have complex entitlement, urban design, and infrastructure needs. He holds a master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Colorado and a master’s of Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University. Having worked in both the private and public sectors, he’s worked on many exciting and innovative projects including Ball Arena, National Western, Fox Park, River Mile, Belmar, and Bradburn.
