Chad Nabity, AICP, is the Planning Director for the Hall County Regional Planning Commission. Chad has variety of experience in planning issues in Nebraska including rural housing research in the mid-90’s for the Nebraska Department of Economic Development; to experience with county and municipal land use planning in Madison and Hall Counties. In his spare time, he and his wife run a small Community Supported Agricultural operation on the outskirts of Grand Island.
