Jenna Moran is the Flood Science Center (FSC) Co-Director and Portfolio Manager at the Association of State Floodplain Managers, overseeing the administration and management of the FSC portfolio of grants in addition to directly managing multiple projects. Before coming to ASFPM, Jenna was the Associate Program Director for Resilience at the National Association of Counties, where she handled grants and initiatives relating to resilience and community and economic development. Jenna holds a Master of Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
