David Manhardt, AICP

Allentown, PA

Mr. Manhardt brings over 20 years of experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Community and Regional Planning. He is currently the Director of Community Development at South Whitehall Township. Previously, Mr. Manhardt worked as a Chief Geographic Information Systems Planner at the Lehigh Valley Planning Commission and as the Director of Planning for Sparta Township, New Jersey. Mr. Manhardt has also held adjunct professor roles with Temple University, Muhlenberg College and Rowan University. Mr. Manhardt holds a BA in Geography from the University of Delaware and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Temple University.
