Peter J. Park is a city planner and educator with over 25 years experience in both private and public sectors. He served as Planning Director of two large American cities and is internationally recognized for leading innovation in transportation and land use planning practice. As a former Planning Director, he has unique perspectives on urban evolution and development and special expertise especially in the areas of zoning code reform, urban highway removal, transit-oriented development. He is the Director and Owner of Peter J. Park, LLC, a city planning and design consulting practice based in Denver and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Urban Design in the College of Architecture and Planning at UC-Denver.
